I will be adding all the necessary requirements to create a well balance post that is pleasing to the human eye but meets all the requirements for Google.

SEO is an acronym for search engine optimization. The goal is to create a website that caters to search engines. The tricky part is making the website interesting to the human eye. Focus Keyword: The focus keyword is the topic of your page or post. The main purpose of the page is to focus on one keyword per page. A great post just concentrates on a topic per page. The focus keyword should be high in demand and relatively low in supply.
The higher in demand the keyword has the more traffic it will generate. The keyword should be placed strategically on your page. The focus keyword should be placed near the top of the page, middle, and in the bottom.

Keyword Density: What is the density of keyword? Is an SEO term refers to the amount of times a keyword found on your page? The percentage of a particular keyword appears on your page or site should not exceed 2-3 %. Understanding density of keyword will help your site has a competitive advantage today.
There are many factor that go into your Search Engine Optimization but one of the most important is keyword density for SEO. Keyword density requires balance. There is a fine line between having too much, enough or too few keywords on a single web page. Make sure to use the keyword to filled out the Title and Alt Text this will help you to optimize your images.
Outbound Links: Links are the connection between various web pages and when such links are attached to websites, they are called outbound links. Outbound links play a critical role in your overall linking strategy. Make sure to link out to high quality websites. (Relevant to your post ) Too many outbound links however can greatly diminish the Page Rank. The page should have at least 3 outbound links.
