Something I want to add and what every blogger should mention to the people taking the time to watch their video – you are the brand. You can search up and down what is going to sell but unless you are putting in effort to be the brand, it won’t happen. You need to speak to it, have a passion for it, be willing to spend hours even days to get you’d business going. I don’t recommend search videos on what to sell because what may work for someone else, may not work for you. What do you have a passion for? Are you living into that passion? Can it be profitable? Of course it can. It won’t happen unless you put TLC into it. Go into with the right intentions – no video will tell you that (unless I have missed someone bullet-point that) TRENDS or not, those people who pop up on trends, are people using keywords in their items. PANDEMIC, TRUMP, POLITICS, PHONE CASE. All profitable but are you going to sell that for the remainder of your time on Etsy? Probably not. I recommend soul searching and I mean that in the most positive and loving way. Unless you sit down with yourself and lay down what it is you want to accomplish, you will be in a tire trying to figure out where to start. Start slow and go in with the right intention. I’ve been selling on Etsy for a year and it’s been my passion since – I have a friends who sell on Etsy and completely opposite to these trends. Trends are what they sound like – not everlasting.
