Hi Nancy, thank you for your video I found it really useful, however I can’t seem to see the button on my Facebook business page to add my Etsy shop. I went to add button and there was a lot of options just no add shop ????

You’re so welcome! It might be that the option is no longer available. FB is constantly updating its platform. Does it give you the option to add a website?
