I’m a jewelry maker and have been designing a line to sell on Etsy, but I’m having some difficulty defining my niche or sticking with something consistent.
One of my favorite techniques is designing patterns to etch on metal. I discovered a love for surface pattern design and I’m now thinking on focusing on that as well because it would be passive income with minimal investment where making jewelry requires new stones, metal, beads, tools, etc.
I need to do some market research and I’m taking an online course on surface pattern design. Your video and post came at the perfect time for me to change courses a bit and do something that may have a better return in the long run.
