Hey! It’s only when you open a new shop. If you’ve an existing shop you can get the 40 free listings.

Great job! I just purchased your course and enjoying it very much.
I couldn’t get 40 free listings. I opened shop and when I click on the link, etsy is asking me to invite friends to my shop. Since it’s empty I don’t want to do this YET. 🙂 How to go around this issue?
